Mushroom Egg Noodles

I was given a pack of premium egg noodles 2 days ago.
Shelf life of such fresh noodles are short. Better consume them quickly.

So, it’s noodles for lunch today…..

As I was pressed for time and I gotta serve elf his mid-day meal before sending him off to school.
I simply whipped the noodles with some shitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, bacon and choy sum.

Easy peasy and we were polishing off our plates 20 mins later. *burp*
