Coconut Almond Biscotti

Biscotti are crisp, crunchy, dry, hard & twice-baked cookie with a curved top and flat bottom designed for dunking and it does not contain any butter or oil (healthy???), eggs are used to bind the ingredients together.
And if U are someone ... that favors sweet buttery cookies, U may not enjoy biscotti as much.

This recipe calls for grated coconut & with the presence of the coconut; it does compensate the lack of butter.
The coconut made the biscotti very fragrant but U need strong teeth to bite into them. *laughter*

Biscotti have got a longer shelf life than regular cookies made with butter or oil.

Great snack to stow-away in the house for those late night binges eaten without guilt! *hmmm*
