Caviar on Walnut Bread

What better to go with scrambled eggs for lunch???

Once upon a time...I had unlimited access to Beluga & Sevruga *grins*.

But now those precious pearls are no longer within reach & will defintely burst my budget.

So, I gotta settle for something less....nevertheless taste just as good.
With the burst of salty liquid in every bite. Heavenly !!!

Will make the full works when I have the chance...that's Oignon, Blinis, Chopped Eggs & Crème Fraîche.

My indulgence once in a while....what's missing is a nice flute of cold bubbly & hubby of coz.
