According to my Korean cook book, Jab-Chae (Fried Sweet Potato Noodles) is a festive dish which is usually prepared for special occasions.

But for this household, we don’t have to wait for a special occasion to eat this dish.

Since, my last Korean grocery shopping…I have stock-up a lot of dang-myeon (Dried sweet potato noodles).
So, this one pot dish is dinner for tonight.

This noodle is very nice to eat…even after cooking for a long time; the texture stays Q Q… Unlike our Chinese rice noodles, which will break easily.
