Taiwan Style Mee Sua

This version of Mee Sua is more like Taiwan “ Oyster Mee Sua “
Since…I have no fresh oysters at home, I used chicken meat instead.

I eat this with lots of vinegar & coriander, plus chilli padi to add spice & kick.
