Very Ex. Vegetables

Hub brought home a pack of vegetables from his weekly groceries stock-up.
I had to do a double take on the price tag of those leaves.


And *Wooooahhh*... Almost 10 bucks for a tiny pack of veg Air Flown from the Land of the Raising Sun.

I must cook them with something good in order to justify the price.

So, I raided my larder & found this –


And after cutting (wz my still bandaged finger in rain coat), slicing, chopping…frying & sautéing.

Here’s the result:


A very satisfying dish for dinner tonight.
*yums*!!! I am now very happy & contented.
And Hub’s doing the dishes as usual. Doubles the Joy.
