Coconut Bread

Coconut Bread

The wonderful aroma from baking this bread is simply incredible.

I could not recall where this recipe came about but I have been baking this quite often, like, whenever I have shredded coconut or cream expiring.

Just mix all the ingredients well & pop it into a 180° C oven for a good hour or so.

Enjoy this fragrant bread warm with a dollop of coconut ice cream on the side.
