Smoked Salmon with Alfalfa Sprouts

Love eating this for lunch ...

Smoked Salmon with Alfalfa Sprouts

What U need:

  • 200g Premium smoked salmon
  • 200g Sour cream
  • 100g Alfalfa sprouts
  • 50g Fresh chives
  • 1 medium Onion - chopped
  • 1 large Lemon

Method:

  1. Marinate salmon with lemon for 15 mins.
  2. Mix chives into sour cream.
  3. With a sushi mat…lay a plastic sheet on top.
  4. Spread salmon on top the way U lay the sushi rice.
  5. Spread sour cream & onions.
  6. Put the alfalfa sprouts on top of sour cream
  7. Roll up & chill for 4 hours.
  8. Serve cold with extra sour cream & lemon.
