Banana Bread Roll

With some riped bananas & white bread I made this very yummy dessert.
The original recipe calls for crêpes.

Banana Bread Roll

What U need:

  • 4 pieces of White bread
  • 2 large Bananas - cut to strips
  • Salted butter
  • Icing sugar
  • Toothpicks


  1. Trim off crust from the bread.
  2. Roll till flat with a rolling pin.
  3. Butter one side of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle icing sugar liberally on the bread. (more if your bananas are not the sweet ones)
  5. Put the bananas at one end. (not too much, else hard to roll)
  6. Roll bread tightly.
  7. Secure with toothpicks at both ends.
  8. Heat butter pan & fry till lightly browned.
  9. Serve warm with berries, chocolate sauce & ice-cream.
  10. Sprinkle icing sugar on top as garnish.
